Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning provided, you may request a revisit under our satisfaction guarantee. To qualify, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will assign a new team to address your concerns at no additional cost to you.

• Scheduling: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in-person. Appointments are subject to availability.
• Access: Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Scope: Services will be performed according to the selected package or customized arrangements made during booking.
• Supplies: We provide necessary cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed. Clients with specific preferences should communicate these in advance.

• Rates: Service rates are based on the property’s size and condition and are available on our website. Rates are subject to change.
• Payment: Payment is due on the service date unless other terms are agreed upon.
• Late Payments: Payments received more than two days after the service date may incur a late fee.

• Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule services with advance notice, subject to availability.

• Property Damage: We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or negligence.
• Health and Safety: Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our team. Please notify us in advance of any potential hazards.
• Independent Contractors: 
  • Our company acts as a referral agency, connecting clients with independent contractors who are solely responsible for their work quality and legal compliance.
  • We are not liable for the actions or omissions of the cleaners. Any claims or disputes must be addressed directly with the independent contractor.

Limitation of Liability:
By using our services, you acknowledge that our company, affiliates, and partners are not liable for disputes, claims, or damages related to the cleaning services provided.

Your personal information is handled with confidentiality and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for reasons such as unsafe working conditions or inappropriate conduct.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
